Tecno Welcomes 2026 With Its New Phone

The new Pova Curve 2 phone has a water and dust resistant body according to the IP64 standard, and a 6.78-inch AMOLED screen, with a resolution of (1224/2720) pixels, a frequency of 144 Hz, a density of approximately 440 pixels/inch, and a brightness of up to 1300 cd/m.

The device runs on the “Android-16” system with HIOS 16 operating interfaces, a Mediatek Dimensity 7100 processor, 8/12 GB of RAM, and 128/256 GB of internal memory.

Its primary camera has a 50-megapixel lens, capable of documenting 4K videos at a rate of 30 frames per second, and its front camera has a 13-megapixel lens, capable of documenting 4K videos as well.

The phone is equipped with speakers supported by Dolby Atmos technology, two SIM ports, a USB Type-C 2.0 port, an NFC chip, Infrared technology for remote electronic control, and a receiver for FM radio signals.

Tecno supported it with a fingerprint scanner built into the screen, Bluetooth 5.4 technology for pairing with other devices and transferring data wirelessly, and an 8000 mAh battery that works with a 45-watt fast charger.
