If there’s one thing we beauty obsessives can agree on, it’s that French women seem to know something we don’t. Their skin is always impossibly glowy yet never overdone – effortless in that maddeninglychic how do they do it?way. So whenever a French favourite lands on UK soil you can bet we sit up a little straighter. And this time it’s a big one.
Aroma-Zone – the quietly beloved best-kept secret of French women since 1999 – has finally arrived in the UK both online and with a brand-new 340sq m flagship store in London’s Westfield. If you’re new to the name, think high-quality, straightforward formulas packed into minimalist, waste-reducing packaging and sold at almost unbelievably fair prices (most things are under £10).
It’s no wonder they’ve built a cult following without celebrity endorsements or glossy campaigns or hype – just consistently effective serums, creams and pure ingredients. For context: in France a bottle of the Hyaluronic Acid 3.5% Serum sells every ten seconds.
And with hundreds of products now available here, I won’t lie – it can feel a little overwhelming figuring out where to start. So I’ve done the hard work for you and narrowed it down to the three standout Aroma-Zone products I think are absolutely worth trying first.

I wouldn’t usually recommend adding a hyaluronic acid serum into your skincare rotation (mainly because a lot of products already contain the deeply hydrating ingredient), but this one is only £6.50 and formulated with 3.5% hyaluronic acid, making it one of the most concentrated on the market. I like to apply it on cleansed, slightly damp skin at night to really lock in that moisture.

Another key nighttime ingredient is azelaic acid. The understated powerhouse is one of those quietly doing it all: calming inflammation, fading dark spots and keeping breakouts in check – minus the irritation that often comes with stronger actives. This serum contains 10% azelaic acid alongside hyaluronic acid and silica – for just £7. What’s not to love?

If I could only use one active ingredient, it would be Vitamin C – it brightens the skin tone, fades dark spots, protects the skin from pollution to prevent premature aging (which is a non-negotiable as someone living in London). With all those glow-giving perks, Vitamin C serums can be quite pricey, which is why this one from Aroma-Zone is such a great find. It costs just £9 and contains 10% stabilised Vitamin C, astaxanthin (another powerful antioxidant) and hyaluronic acid.
