Lala Kent and Ambyr Childers have decided women need a certain midday pick-me-up, something they’re calling “Masturbation Monday.”

“ ‘Tis the season for Masturbation Monday,” Childers, 37, said during the Dec. 17 episode of Kent’sUntraditionally Lala Podcast.

“Oh, so fun, what is this about?” theVanderpump Rulesalum, 35, replied, prompting the actress — who was married to Kent’s ex-boyfriend Randall Emmett — to explain that the idea of a midday masturbation session was originally Kent’s.

“You told me. You shared your (routine of ) find a day of the week, midday, and do your thing. I started doing it. It’s amazing,” Childers explained. “So I said, ‘Okay, my schedule’s a little nuts.’ So we’re gonna declare Monday for ‘Masturbation Monday.’ And I want all the women in the world, everywhere, from like (noon) and, like, pickup time. Like twelve and three, twelve and two, depends on how old your kids are. Take care of yourself.”

“You don’t have to twist my arm,” Kent said sharing she’ll participate on “Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.”

Childers quipped in response, “Like, where’s Lala? No wonder why you’re not replying to any messages. I’m like, ‘This chick is masturbating.’ ”

“I love this idea,” Kent said. “That’s why you have to have that window and just, like, a little toy. You women need it. Why do you think Sonja Morgan is so happy all the time? She is freshly f–ked at all times.”

“It’s like making love to myself for the first time,” Childers said. “I put on music and I light a candle. Yep. And it’s, like, a whole beautiful thing.”

“And I think about my own self,” Kent said.

“Yeah. I’m like, ‘I love you, Amber,’ ” Childers said.

“And I’m like, ‘Oh yeah, that’s the spot,’ ” Kent said. “No one does it like my little drawer full of toys.”
